Communications

Overview

Through IHA's initiatives to supercharge communications and advocacy efforts, an increasingly confident sector is presenting a united voice and coherent messages across the world.

Our main vehicles for promoting the sector and its support to driving next zero are our ‘We Can #WithHydropower’ campaign encompassing Global Hydropower Day, IHA social media channels including LinkedIn, X, Wechat and Facebook and regular contributions to industry, regional and global media coverage of the renewable energy sector and the race to net zero. We work closely with our membership to support local and regional stories relevant to their local markets alongside national associations.
